Why would I choose a 2-Piece bottom bracket system?
Our 2-Piece Bottom Bracket system is for any bike that cannot accommodate our 1-piece unit, making it the best DUB bottom bracket. What would cause this? Easy; any obstruction that cannot be removed which prevents our 1-piece module from passing from one side to the other in a straight line through the frame bottom bracket shell, which includes:
1) The presence of a hydraulic line that cannot be moved out of the way.
2) An immovable fixture, hump, frame feature, or cable guide.
3) Any wires that cannot be moved out of the way entirely.
